MindVue Announces Dr. Andrew Hagemaster as Vice President of Leadership and Coaching



To build resilience, self-awareness, and adaptability around the globe, MindVue is proud to announce that Dr. Andrew Hagemaster is joining MindVue to lead and expand its coaching and leadership development offerings.

Dr. Hagemaster is a retired United States Army Colonel, who served within the Behavioral Science and Leadership Department at the United States Military Academy (West Point). He served as Program Director and Assistant Professor of West Point’s General Psychology of Leaders course. In 2020, he led the team that earned West Point’s top teaching award, the Apgar Award for Teaching Excellence, for his team’s contribution and commitment to applying innovative concepts and methods of teaching that expand the cadets' potential as leaders and Army officers.

During his tenure at West Point, Dr. Hagemaster also served as the Director of both the Center for Personal Development as well as the Behavioral Health Department. Throughout his decorated military career, Dr. Hagemaster held numerous roles as a leader and Army clinical psychologist in a variety of tactical, operational, and strategic settings.

With his experience building leaders at West Point, Dr. Hagemaster currently works as an operational psychologist for the Army Talent Management Task Force supporting the assessment of an officer’s readiness for command and strategic potential through the creation of a multi-dimensional view of the Army’s top performing officers.

Dr. Hagemaster has an impressive academic background holding a bachelor’s degree, three master’s degrees in different disciplines, as well as a PhD in clinical psychology. Having graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary, he provides leadership and behavioral consultation to numerous religious leaders. He currently serves as a leadership specialist with the Navigators U.S. Collegiate Ministry providing executive coaching and organizational leadership consultation. He and his wife have also served as volunteer leaders and training leads with a variety of ministries.
